- Wash the beet, remove the leaves from the stalks and cut into pieces.
- Place the cabbage, lemon juice, salt and extra virgin olive oil in a salad bowl and mix well.
- Add half a can of tuna and berries, mix well and finally add honey.
- Before serving, refrigerate the salad for at least 15-30 minutes, allow to cool and refrigerate for some time.
