- 2 spoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 onion chopped
- 1 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)

- 1/4 spoon hing
- 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 spoon garam masala
- 1/2 spoon chat masala
- 1/2 spoon turmeric powder
- 1 spoon cumin seeds
- 2 cup Wheat flour
- as needed Oil
- as needed Water
Steps to make to make Dal gojha
- Firstly washed & soaked dal 4-5 hours. Then drain the water & grained in a thick paste (little bit crunchy). Take in a bowl dal paste, green chilli, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, & all dry masala coriander leaves baking soda now mix it well.
- Put in a side. Another bowl take it wheat flour make a dough with water like puri dough. keep a side.
- Now take a big pan (thick bottom), 3 glass water in it & boiling the water. Now make small size ball's with dough, roll it thin pori. Now take a pori put the mixer in center (2-3 spoon) shape it half circle, paste sides to help of water.
- Make all poris like this. Now put in boiling water for 15 min in low flame. After 15 min check with a knife, knife is clean it's done, or not then cook for 5 min more.
- Ready for frying, cut into pieces heat a pan put some oil heat up, put cumin seeds, onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala, mix it well with pieces. Serve in a plate with green chutney & coriander leaves.
