- 1 cup minced cheese, I used Colby Jack
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Instructions for cooking tuna noodles
- Cook the noodles as much as you want constantly, I prefer a little al dente and drain.
- Add spices to noodles and mix
- Add the carrots, onions, coriander, peas and mix well with the cheese
- Add the tuna mixture and lemon juice
- Add mayonnaise and mustard, mix well
- At this point you can add the spinach now or in the fridge for about 30 minutes and then add it.
- For extra flavor you can add sriracha or farm.
